ABOUT ATSA

Advance Taekwondo Sports Academy (ATSA) is a trusted martial arts and wellness academy based in Malaysia. Established in 2007, we specialize in delivering high-quality, structured training programs for children and adults. ATSA is a registered private academy, not a sports club, and operates independently with a strong emphasis on professionalism, integrity, and student development.

Our academy consistently provides top-notch martial arts instruction through our signature programs and dedicated team. We strive to offer the best possible experience in martial arts, helping our students improve their physical fitness, mental resilience, self-confidence, and personal discipline in a supportive environment.

OUR CORE PROGRAMS

We provide structured and progressive training in:

ATSA Taekwondo
Our signature program under the ATSA brand, designed to build skill, confidence, and discipline in children and adults. Our system is designed to help students develop confidence, discipline, and resilience through structured syllabus-based training. The philosophy of Taekwondo we uphold is centered on achieving “Present Time” awareness — a state where one’s actions and reactions are fully in sync with the environment, whether in the sparring ring, social settings, or daily life. All competition participation is managed through proper affiliated club channels, in compliance with relevant state and national taekwondo authorities.

Yogaz
A wellness-focused movement program that enhances flexibility, mindfulness, and body awareness.

Fitness
Strength, endurance, and overall health development through fun and effective group fitness sessions.

To use the teachings of Taekwondo as a vehicle to improve the lives of our students—enhancing both physical health and mental resilience.

Mission Statement :

To provide passionate, professional instruction in martial arts and wellness, delivering a first-class experience that empowers every student to grow in confidence, discipline, and skill. Through structured training and holistic guidance, we help our students build self-esteem, develop strong character, and unlock their full potential — both on and off the mat.

ATSA Taekwondo's standard syllabus is designed to provide a comprehensive and structured curriculum that covers all aspects of Taekwondo, including technique, form, sparring, self-defense, and mental focus. Our goal is to equip students with a strong foundation and fundamental skills, which will help them improve from the inside out. By providing a consistent and well-rounded education, we aim to instill discipline, confidence, and resilience in our students, which will prepare them to face challenges not only in Taekwondo competitions but also in all aspects of life. We believe that good basics are essential to achieving mastery in Taekwondo, and we prioritize building a strong foundation in all of our students, regardless of their level or experience. By focusing on the fundamentals, we enable students to develop a deep understanding of the art and lay a solid groundwork for further advancement. Furthermore, we understand that discipline and confidence are essential qualities that extend beyond the Taekwondo mat.
